This. No time wasted commuting. Shower is steps away and is always clean/available. Not putting up with nigger/white trash behavior. I’ve realized I’ll never recoup the cost of equipment, but certain things you can’t put a price tag on.

  Working out in some capacity regularly is so much more important than most people realize.
Cutting out all processed food has a huge impact on pain and mental health in my experience as well.
