The concept is called "agreement incapable", it's what you get when your country is run by kikes. Ukraine is a great recent example, it's a country run by an anti-White genocidal kike that probably takes pleasure in getting White Ukrainian troops killed. They have no path to victory and should have gone to the negotiation table before there was even a conflict, but the kike in charge is agreement incapable. That kike would rather continue an unwinnable war than give Russia what it will eventually take because he's agreement incapable. He should be summarily executed.
