Ye shall know them by their fruits. I had similar thoughts regarding Nietzsche, it's not an accident that he spent the end of his life spiraling into insanity.
He did, however, have one memorable quote along the lines of:
"Women are a riddle......and the solution is pregnancy." Regardless of the rest of his stuff, that was pretty based.

Nietzsche is one of two 1800s intellectuals named in The Protocols of the Elders of Zion as being useful tools to use in separating the goyims from their traditional belief systems. The other is Darwin.

This is why I prefer his sister Elisabeth, she had the good sense to present his philosophy racist so that it was applicable. She did such a good job she was greatly admired by Hitler himself
"The Will to Power" was entirely edited and compiled by Elisabeth after Nietzsche's death. This is where we get the Übermensch and the essential human desire to dominate, which Alfred Baeumler famously called "heroic realism"
