Tarifs benefit the (((middlemen))). Made in Chyna and India has to be entirely banned. Seize the containers at the border, fill them with illegals and ship them back.

I have been responded to with "you should pay because your ancestors polluted". There comes a point when you have to shake your head and walk away.
The map says that it's measuring fine particle matter, so it's a measure of air quality in the 10 dirtiest cities in each country. I think it's really about who burns the most and dirtiest fuels (coal, oil, wood etc) rather than other cleaner sources (natural gas, renewables)
