Their weakness is that they are individualists. Therefore they think that their enemies are **individuals** who may or may not be Jewish. Even if they were convinced that the 99% of their enemies were Jewish, they would still oppose any kind of collective measure because they are terrorized of being racist or socialists or whatever.

They would be happy to do terrible violence to the *individual* Jews who are responsible, but not to the Jews as a whole.

The problem is, war does not work this way. In war you fight against a group and not against an individual.
