Langston is a historically black university, established in 1890 for that specific purpose. The wiki article read this regarding the graduation rate:

>According to US News and World Report, Langston had a 11% graduation rate within the standard four-year period of study in 2024, making it one of the least successful universities in the world.

But the source they cite says it has an 18% graduation rate. I think they're both bullshit, and I'm willing to believe the 5% figure.
