A *leader* only gathers already existing peoples and sentiments together; he doesn't create them out of thin air. We won't sink or swim determinant upon a leader. Granted, it's much more helpful to have an Adolf to rally around but that's not gonna happen this time so we better get used to that fact. And realistically, in the beginning stage, we really don't *need* a leader provided enough people start taking the necessary actions. A "leader" can come later once the initial threat has passed and some amount of power is consolidated.
