I've had one for years and I love it. I got it like the year before Lindell got real popular and started being sold out all the time. The only problem is there's like a dozen pieces of information you need to fill out on the site for them to match you with the right pillow IIRC, and I didn't really know half of them so I just went right down the middle but it ended up OK
