The plains i dians hunted bison by finding a plateau and prompting a stampede towards it to trick the herd into running over the edge which resulted in many more of the animals than they needed or could even use plummeting to their deaths. They only used every part of the animals they could carry back with them, leaving many compses to be scavenged or rot in the elements.

No, here's the real history.

The native Americans spread out and had a huge civilization. Evidence of their civilization is literally everywhere.

Then Columbus showed up. Pretty much everyone got smallpox, and something like 90% of them died. All in a matter of years.

Their civilization collapsed practically overnight. It was literally "Mad Max" in the Americas.

When the Europeans showed up, the few native Americans that were there were a pale shadow of what they used to be. They stood no chance against the colonizers. Their only way to survive was to bend their will to the Europeans. Even the Africans were capable of repelling European invaders (until the Europeans discovered meaningful treatments for malaria and had a dramatic technology advantage.)

The wars between the natives were mostly meaningless. Petty squabbles. Wild wolves barking at each other when the moon rises. The Americans showed up with force of arms, and the natives could do nothing to stop them. Even small armies of limited means were able to run roughshod over them.

The idea that God has granted anyone land is absolutely true. If they are able to take and keep it, God gave it to them. If not, then God did not. Israel was only able to take Canaan by force of arms. That's why God commanded them to take up arms and fight for every square inch of land. There is no other way.

It is ridiculous that Christians or Americans or Europeans have any other view of land. Those who are able to secure their borders keep their land. Everyone else loses it. Period. If you care about land, you will take up arms and shoot people who try to take it.

The land was fairly traded away.
