You know your country has been well and truly been infiltrated when you see shitskins in government positions. I find it laughable when I see a shitskins face in a political board in streets, here supposed to make a difference. Why can’t these streetshitters fix their own country?
but yeah given that they're poor and un-educated many will be low. It's sad. But as the africans, they do this upon themselves. given how polluted their country is for example it shows how ignorant they are.
