Ironically I was just looking into the recidivism rate of multiple Nordic prisons, including Halden which has the lowest in the world. And just as expected, it doesn't matter if prisoners have their own luxury apartment, or a cell with bars, bunk bed and a steel toilet.
The only things that matter is race, and to simply treat the prisoner as a human. This gives a near 100% success rate with White prisoners, while niggers, pajeets, camel masturbators, gypsies, jews and other parasites will never change, no matter how much effort you put into it.
