See, niggers (as a summary word for all subhumans) are dumb. People struggle to understand the level of stupidity these subhumans are dealing with.
When you work, do you think about things? Maybe plan a sequence of actions to optimize your work flow, habits or whatever? "I try to finish this before 2 pm, so that I can tell at the meeting I finished it... if I didn't, I'll have to tell them it will take some more time. But in that case I'll probably know better how long it takes. And when I go home I'll have to buy something too."
This is a thought. Imagine subhumans don't have these. They do not think. In this case they'd just work on it. On 2 pm they attend the meeting. They'll make up some excuse or lie as to why it's not done (blaming everything else than themselves). Done.
Aside from that, lower intelligence also makes them less capable to do such work. So they are not found anywhere near such work. And if they are, they are incompetent.

Oh, think about dogs. Dogs do not plan ahead multiple steps. Dog hungry, dog eat. Dog thirsty, dog drink. Dog tired, dog sleep. Dog sees someone, dog bark. Dog sees master, dog happy. Dog wants to chew shoe, dog chews shoe.
If anything dog has to prioritize current activities. Mine for one prefers to be around me when I am outside over everything else.
