I don't know what happened, but around 2020, I just lost all motivation whatsoever to write software.

I was working my last job, for a jew, and I got in an argument, yet again, about how to make sure the software does what it is supposed to do. He didn't want me to run tests with the software, and I told him if he's fine wasting his investments on untested software, that's his business, but he's paying me to write quality software, and I'm not going to be satisfied until I can prove to my client that the software works as advertised.

That's when he basically fired me.

I used to take pride in my work. Software was going to solve a number of the world's problems. Software is a unique engineering discipline with its own particular set of challenges, but it still shares a lot of similarities with other scientific endeavors.

Over my career, it shifted from mostly libertarians who were trying to get rich by making the best product ever, to chinks, jews, and pajeets who were trying to scam their way to profit. It came to a head when I was working for a major corporation, and I saw that I was one of 3 white guys on a team of almost 300. And the team leader wanted more diversity. I asked "How many more Chinese do we need to hire before they are properly represented?" Apparently all of them.

It was us 3 white guys who carried the weight of the entire team. No project moved forward unless we were on it. We were expected to share credit. We were expected to fix everyone's broken code. We were expected to write all the tests and get them all to work, and we were expected to keep everything running. Whenever there was a problem, they would turn the keys over to us, but if there was some sort of celebration or party, we weren't invited.

That's fine.

I had a weekly meeting setup with my manager and the lead engineers on the project to track stability and performance. I felt like the bugs that were slowing down a system where just a 10% improvement could save potentially billions of dollars a year were sort of important. The chinese manager never showed up. The other 2 white guys asked what the point was when no one cared what our opinion was, and just wanted us to fight fires. I was adamant that we should at least see where the smoke was coming from, so when we fought fires we could at least get to the source of the problem.

In the end, I was fired because I couldn't communicate. Really, there was a mission-critical project that they brought in 2 other developers who couldn't speak English. One of them picked up a critical task that had to be done before the project could proceed. Two months later on a one day task, and I had completed everything that could be done before his task was complete. Finally, I took a weekend to work on the task he had, and finished it in like 30 minutes. I went in Monday, showed him what I did as a suggestion for how he could finish the task, and was fired for it.

I used to love writing software, but now all the open source projects are woke. All the good developers have been silenced. The only thing people are doing nowadays is picking the color of the bike shed. No one is building any nuclear reactors. Not that I want to build software that some kike would claim as his own and build a multi-billion industry off of, while stealing me blind.

Even video games and video game programming is no longer interesting to me.

I just want to raise goats now. That's the only thing that brings me joy.

If I ever meet a depressed high-functioning white guy who has lost all hope in modern society, I'll show him how I raise goats, and we'll barbecue goats every weekend.

Understandable, but I would encourage you to use your skills to make your own economy. First off, become self employed. Your skills are worth money and in this market especially you can pick and choose who to work for. A lot of managers cant resist the urge to hire 10 pajeets for the price of one white man. A year later when the projects are all stalled and everything is on fire you can offer to come fix it all for $$$$. They will probably start treating you with respect at this point, but if they don't there are endless other companies for you to work for.

I've been through this, and I think the best way to handle it is to just stay professional, and let them fuck it up. Don't put out their fires, say "doesnt Kumar have ownership of this?", I'm already working on xyz right now. Eventually the lack of progress will come to a head and the managers will be forced to admit that the India team is not doing its job.

Currently the situation is that each job offer has 100+ applicants, and they filter based on keywords. "Oh, you can do everything? Sorry, you didn't write that you can do X. Also if you can do everything, sure that means you can do nothing well - instead of logically assuming high competency."

I applied for various jobs which I could have done relatively easily. Even bring innovation in some anti-spam type problem. Nope.

I've even worked on a high-tech game server structure with a distributed system... and that company just wanted some basic game server stuff... nope.

All by design, welfare parasites needs to apply for jobs regularly to get free gibs, therefore they apply to jobs they have no skills for because they know they will never get hired. Sadly this means that businesses don't have the resources to go through all those applications, and a (((recruiter))) is hired for that job, who's all in on (((DEI))).

At some point you reach a certain age and no one will consider hiring you for anything. You could have a golden resume and they just don't want you, especially because you're white.

I'm done with software. It was physically killing me. I can't sit in front of a computer for more than an hour or two now anyways.

While I agree talented White men should continue their craft, they must do it in a way to benefit our own people. That's what the parallel economy is, what it must be.

In your example, if a company has opted to not hire White men, replacing us with foreigners, and their projects and company turns to shit, White men shouldn't help that company one iota. Let it burn to the ground. Let us, instead, give alternatives to our people. It will be less profitable in terms of money, but the wealth gained will be immeasurable.

Good point. Personally though I work for small companies and I don't blame the owners too much for experimenting with outsourcing. Budgets are tight and its just too tempting to get "the same thing" for 1/4 the cost. In my experience they've seen the error in their ways and learned to appreciate the value of "expensive older white men".

It went a little deeper than that. No one on the team had any scientific background. They had a vague notion of how AI worked and how data science worked, but no one had ever really done anything remotely scientific with data.

They wanted to model how a certain market works, and they had lots and lots of data, and they had trained a model that fit that data, but it completely fell apart with live data or more recent data.

Once I had the project in a good spot where we could being testing against real data and such, they thought the project was done. I tried to tell them that they are only beginning the project, that the real fun begins now as you perform EXPERIMENTS to see which algorithm, or what parameters to the algorithm, are optimal. I had been telling them all about how they need to run thousands of experiments and they needed a framework to run these experiments in parallel, but they wanted none of that.

Damn you fucking anglo germans. Look at what happened to the whole world after white people went into shitholes and showed how to build and construct anything. India full of 1,4 billion pooniggers is a direct result of anglos showing how to build railroads.
You were fired for exactly a good reason, albeit not for the company.
Anyway. Start making goat cheese. It's delicious, after you get your breeds sorted out.

I will openly admit that ethnic Europeans have critical flaws, and one of the most glaring is their kindness, compassion and empathy for foreigners. It is not ingrained thanlfully though, it has been indoctrinated into the young, and it can be unlearned.

We need to fix that, before it is used to destroy us.

That sounds indeed very sad. And it sounds like America... didn't know it got that bad.

Just think about how much waste it is, to have a horde of incompetent niggers and quasi-niggers who are paid generously just to meet a nigger-ratio quota and nothing else.

I assume it's all about that juicy ESG score, and many businesses are simply public, so that... I don't know, they stop owning their own shit and are beholden to usurious jews?

All they need to do is to not go public and be self-sufficient. I think it's some kind of peer pressure phenomenon where they do the same as others because they did the same as others... and also some retards run the business who'd rather hire 100 subhumans doing more harm than good than a single White man.

It's like they are openly inviting in the jew to subvert their companies, and in exchange be carried by jewish money ("investor money").

I've worked half on startups and half in big corporations.

The startups are more isolated from the jew, but there is always the jew behind the CEO and such in the form of investors.

One of the startups was acquired by a big corporation, the big payout that everyone was hoping for. Having experienced the big win, the equivalent of winning the Superbowl or whatever, I want no part in it.

Now that I know what it means to "win" in the software industry, I have no motivation to do it again.

I am fortunate. I work in firmware. I have developed new things for my field and should have about 8 patents right now but they IP lawyer they hired is a worthless chink who knows nothing about what she is doing. Uses big words but nothing makes sense. She reviews my patents and changes the wording and submits them. They dont even make fucking sense anymore. If any of them get approved with her changes I will literally laugh

Having said that, my boss lets me develop. And I enjoy that a lot.

Bud, unless you're the business owner, there is no reason to take pride in your work and certainly not lose income over it.

You were raised in a high trust society that values quality product and honesty, and that simply isn't the corporate world. Especially with the aforementioned.

I work for a woke as shit company, and the first thing I learned is it doesn't matter. You're a cog in the machine so find somewhere that pays decent and lets you walk out after 40 hours is all that matters.

When it comes to the minorities, let the project fail and don't help them. Don't even try and undermine them. Just simply withdraw any aid unless mentoring gets you something.

To be honest, working for a woke company is pretty easy. Your cohorts are so abysmal that you can run circles around them and be in the top percentiles of performance without much effort.

I have CS degree and I despise writing software lol, the most miserable and boring thing ever. If I couldn't use AI, I wouldn't be able to pass my classes. Partially because all of my classes since covid have been online, and partially because I just hate coding and never practice it outside of class, so I always forget how to do it over time.

The job market for tech is fucked beyond belief anyways. I searched for a part-time job or internship over the entire summer related to tech and found NOTHING. It's not like I live in the boonies either, I live in one of the most populated areas in my state. I only got one (1) interview for an internship and it went nowhere, asking me questions like "what projects do you work on outside of class", clearly hinting that they just want someone with experience already. Like as if I'm going to waste my time coding outside of class when I don't like it, lmao.

Literally no clue what I'm going to do after college. Maybe become a web designer, I kinda liked that. Web development wasn't too bad either, even if it was coding still, but I found it more digestible than normal coding. Maybe something like system administrator, idk.

Found a Christian fascist software project, or join one if you can find one worth your time. If there's an open source project that you love, but you hate their shitty code of conduct and their bluehair parasites, 'rescue' it with a fork. At some point it's normal to get tired of doing the same stuff, and it sounds like you're ready for leadership but haven't yet taken the leap.
