The female voice doesn't mean anything. That robotic female voice has been being used for announcements for decades.

It's *because* the female voice is more lecturing when it's flat toned and easy to understand. Women are more emotive with their voices than men. A woman with a flat voice sounds lecturing and a man with a flat voice sounds like a regular dude. It also covers more area because it's high pitched.

Of course, you could have a screaming male voice but that doesn't do much good because it's not easily comprehensible and will just piss people off more. Or it will just be straight up funny.

Pay attention to the fact that cars are going around demanding you to cede ground to niggers and other sorts of invaders, and not the fact that it's using the standard "female announcer voice" that everything has been using for longer than almost everyone on this board has been alive. The former issue is far more pertinent than the latter.
