Almost every time the Bible condemns a country as degenerate, that country is a vast multiethnic empire. From Babel to Babylon, God has despised multiculturalism. In fact, according to Josephus, the Hebrews believed that God had tried to *get* Men to spread out and segregate and instead they built Babel.
