They do have some decent sodas, from independent brands. I like to get the Death Valley Sarsaparilla or Black Cherry, but I used to live in California near the bottling plant (Indian Wells Brewery) where it was bottled and much cheaper. Made with real sugar.
you'd be suprised how common is HFCS, just yesterday i went into a sweets shop to buy something to drink and i was eyeing some japanese soft-drink, the second ingredient after water was high fructose corn syrup
i think it was called Ramune, it had like a marble ball in the cap
theingredients were pure poison, so i just grabbed some lipton ice tea instead
you can search em online, its weimerican tier goyslurpie, its a good thing i read everything because i trust no one, not even the japs.
The problem with these sodas isn’t the taste. They *taste* correct to what they say they are (roughly 95% of the time). The problem is that… you don’t want that much of what you’re tasting and there’s nothing to drink it with. You can’t eat some vegetables and drink a ranch soda. It sounds like it should work; it doesn’t. And so you wind up with just sugar water you can’t stomach in the quantity you have.
