So far as I know "kikel" means circle, and they were called "kike" (plural "kikes") because they refused to sign with a cross (x) as everyone else. That made the term quite known. In that sense, "kike" can be understood as "petty jewish haters of Christianity." And I mean actual "haters", not the buzzword used today - it literally depicts an ideologically rooted distaste of Christianity. Petty, because it goes so far that they refuse to write a simple symbol (x, +) as it comes too close to the symbolism (✞) used by Christians.
Which is irrational, and they know it, but their hatred overrides it anyway. So if you want to know true hatred, look at jews, especially religious ones.
I personally hate a wide range of things, largely caused by them, but it's relatively minor. For example I don't capitalize jew, black, muslim, etc, and I capitalize White. But that's also because they did that first. Most people do not recognize it anyway, but those who do are either enemies or friends.
