Even if she was a virgin with even MORE financial assets than that it's a hard sell, yeah. You have about 5 years left on average before your risk of birth defects starts to rise dramatically, and then exponentially after they hit their 40s.

after 25 their fertility is already declining. by 30, if they haven't had a child yet (and you're not dating a single mother, RIGHT?!) then they are just about done for even a single healthy child. You're taking a big risk at 30 for autism and other issues.
