The doctor probably has well over 200k in student loan debt and probably about another 100k in other types of debt (rent, car, exam fees, licensing fees, flights) because that is a lot of debt to take on. Plus if he’s making 600k a year, that’s no 9-5 job. Most likely a competitive speciality working many 24h shifts, so no time for date nights or any romantic moments.

The doctor is all vaxxed up too so wouldn’t be surprised if he drops dead anytime soon.

But, most likely women would choose A since woman care about what a man can provide. Look at Trump, Bezos, Gates, Tate. Do you think their wives choose them because of how they look?

$600 is a lot of "salary" for a doctor. It's a normal amount of money to make after starting one's own business, maybe at least 5 years down the line of building one, but you can start a lot of different kind of businesses. A lot of specialists still make more like $250 depending on where they live.
