It's not what we know, it's what can be proven. For instance, if they announced they have nukes, the US would no longer be able to supple aid. There should be a method, lawsuit or other, for us to redress our grievances if it can be proven they have them. Our government knows, but without public confirmation they can keep sending aid. It needs to stop.
