Honestly my understanding is that he won't even "have" to get the three years. Japan can hold you for 3 weeks like this, let you out, then immediately rearrest you for another 3 weeks on a new charge. If they're only getting him on trespassing right now, they're probably going through everything else and are going to come up with something new down the line.
At least, I hope. Who knows. That's like a worst-case scenario. But everybody in Japan knows this nigger including the police, and they're going to see everything he's done, and probably fully intend to make his life hell.
Remember that video of the nigger (that people said was this guy) where they had him in cuffs and would grab the cuffs and pull his arms above his head? That's some real shit they actually do.
Of course, it's the internet. Be skeptical. But there's countless testimonials about everything I said so it seems to be a consistent pattern of justice.
In Japan, it's a matter of pride for prosecutors to only go after cases they're sure they can win. This nigger's fate is already sealed, so formalities aside, any time he spends in custody is purely out of sadism lol.
