Real Art is a recreation of reality, or fantasy, but the fantasy type tells you more about the Artist than the depiction he is trying to create.

In the Beatles case, Yellow Submarines, Walrus and loving everyone is the fantasy and it tells you that the Beatles suck big time.

You're really overthinking it man, it's music, it's primary purpose is to sound (listen, HEARING) nice and have a good rythm.

I'm not saying all music is super awesome, mumble nigger rap is garbage.

But beatles? Beatles get a pass from me, they're fine for the most part. Some of their songs are stinkers. Other's are nice.
