I am looking for a video editor who has experience in creating short-form videos of under 2 minutes from material of about 10-15 minutes that will be provided by me with some instructions.

The idea is to take some non-normie friendly content and make it palatable, and get people to question things with some mild entertaining edits.

I can pay up to $200 per short that's published, depending on the complexity of the edit. In BTC or fiat. So, do we have any creators among all the consoomers? Please share some of your existing work if you're interested in collaborating.

The best way I can explain this is probably via example(s).
