> How often should you shower?

> While there is no ideal frequency, experts suggest that showering several times per week is plenty for most people (unless you are grimy, sweaty, or have other reasons to shower more often). Short showers (lasting three or four minutes) with a focus on the armpits and groin may suffice.

> If you’re like me, it may be hard to imagine skipping the daily shower. But if you’re doing it for your health, it may be a habit worth breaking.

Showering daily is a Jewish ploy to make us use excess water

lol, funny you commented that, another response comment elsewhere was that this was another "eat the bugs" scheme to prevent us from having the "luxury" of daily showers

My view is showering may be less necessary depending on the life you live. Probably "dirty" parts of the body could be cleaned daily (armpits, etc.). The rest is less important and could be cleaned every few days maybe.

In the summer too UV rays I thought are cleansing, so you might feel less need for showering for that reason. And in winter you might be outside less to sweat, for those in cold places.
