It might taste good or neutral idk
to me bugs are just another source of food, people have them all the time unknowingly in foods that are harvested
I get concern of being forced to eat the bugs instead of meat
but otherwise I have tried cricket powder and it tasted the same as like dairy oe veggie protein powder, it was just another food
