My first cycle was the only one I was single for, and I've always got plenty of attention from women so I can't really answer that. I was a true sexual degen in my youth. I believe your blood oxygen levels are permanently increased or something along those lines. Miniscule like 5% increase or some shit compared to someone who's never used it. I will say use your cycle to put on as much mass as possible rather than lean bulk, cause you will have a higher limit on your "muscle memory" and I put on a good 20lbs of muscle my first cycle.
