Studies have shown that contact with semen does impact female dna even when not impregnated. Immediately treat the area with alcohol or hydrogen peroxide and then lynch that nigger.

I've just done a decent amount of reading about this, and it seems like you're both referencing an article which inaccurately referenced a study from years prior.
Microchimerism is primarily caused by the exchange of cells through the placenta during pregnancy, resulting in mother and child having some cells with the other's DNA. These cells divide as normal and therefore the foreign DNA can remain in the body forever. Another possible cause is blood transfusions. Do you wanna know what can't possibly cause this? Sex or, as Hegelian suggested, having skin contact with semen. Why? Because sperm cells are haploid. They cannot divide like normal cells. Once they die, that's the end of them.
