When you have built something, there is a natural desire to preserve it. Blacks in their natural state, don't build anything worth preserving--so they never got into the habit of doing preventative maintenance.

They also can’t seem to understand beauty, which is probably why we value maintaining beauty, even if it’s just a house or vehicle.
