By withholding the flight list, he is making it obvious that he is on it.
Granted, peasants will still do nothing, but anyone with a brain can see right through this.
Why does he not just publish the list with his name taken off?
Because, his friends snd masters are on that list.
He could publish it anyway, but he is a shill who cares about his legacy in the eyes of his masters and the peasants who know nothing, so he wull not publish it.

The flight lists were leaked years ago. Trump is on them but that means nothing, many innocuous people are on it. Trump flew with his ex wife and daughter from Miami to NYC.
