Correct because much like today, elections can be bribed, rigged or sabotaged by various parties

aristocracy is definitely ideal over democracy, though even that one is also flawed (kings can be bribed, threatened or outright assassinated) but to a much lesser extent

Aristocracy has a tendency to cause a lot of conflict between the nobility and the industrial class. Hence why it essentially ceased to exist (yeah, jews took advantage of it. But not in every place where feudalism and aristocracy died was it caused by jews, actually in a minority of them).

Thankfully, the modern answer for the post industrial world was already given to us in fascism
