It is and it isn't. Sending millions of Muslims there to replace the white population? Yes it is intentional. But the goal is to also castrate them the same way they did whites as well through the education system, because you can't have *more* people who hate jews everywhere. It's kind of working, 2nd gens are a lot more pussified than their parents were while still replacing the population.
