This is why I give 20% maximum and just coast it. I go strictly for legal reasons and do the minimum I can.

I know a guy who just bounces around “non skilled” jobs constantly and does the absolutel bare minimum but makes sure to always be on time. You’d be surprised how long you can last doing this. Just showing up on time when scheduled already puts you above a shit ton of the workforce today. Kind of scary. Not really. Lmfao.
