Man.. he really likes to video himself just talking in a field..
Just show a clear "before" and "after" of what you did. Stand way back and use softer focus so you don't have to spend so much effort blurring faces. Convert the monologue to mostly a voice over. End the video on a stronger note like you in front of the entire assembled team.

He's only managing to convince 0.1%. So he's at least 100x less effective than he should be. That's ok? I'm starting to get it. You don't actually want to be successful. You just like the videos to appear in your feed and give you the warm fuzzies. Actual progress would require something from you.. so this level of homosexuality is right up your alley.
Just enough to vicariously feel something yourself but not so much that your plans for the day are disrupted.
