Pakistan backed Iran day two. Medvedev stated that Iran did not need to produce a nuclear weapon because somebody could simply give them some. Trump pissed his pants and so Medvedev clarified by then saying that Russia was bound by the nonproliferation treaty not to do that but that a non signatory nation would not be so constrained. North Korea comes to mind.

China was flying military aircraft into Iran after the first attacks. Transponders off at the border. China could fly NK nukes easily. The only real issue is the Ayatollah. He has not spoken on the subject. Hell, it's religion. Splitting hairs is inherent in that, so why not proclaim that being gifted nukes is different from making them yourself?
