The jabs managed to kill a lot of ppl, but they prob fell short of their main objective, which was to get a certain number of ppl to have a gene sequence that meshed with the cyborg thing. I think the ultimate goal was to get ppl who were not just well-integrated, but who could also pass that on to their children.
