This joke is taken directly from a decade-old Countryballs comic. Some of its facts are no longer true. I was especially able to prove #7, there are at least three schools in Caracal, Romania. There is indeed one called School No. 2, however.

None of this is true or can be verified.

There is no prison in the small town o Caracal, only a police station on Toma Ruscă Street.

There are a dozen schools in Caracal ranging from private schools to public high schools, public middle schools.

There are several cemeteries in Caracal, none of them are on a streets with Romanian names relating to resurrection.

None of this is true.
