yes dark souls/sekiro/bloodborne are God-tier and definitely help you recognize patterns and thus become a better man overall
but you also Forget Gothic and other fine RPG's that refine the "problem solving" capabilities of the players, or RPG's with a social aspect to them (like the first Witcher, the first dragon age and other oldie RPG's) games overall are simply problem solving simulator
there is a nigger blocking your way, you have a knife, put 2 + 2 together and overcome the challanges
granted AAA vidya like ass creed is ass, and should promptly be banned because its made by crummy jews, faggots and brownoids
but as an old school gamer (not the pixel shit old school, the late 90's to early 2000's) i can assure you that vidya are a net benefit to develop a child's problem solving skills
RTS and TBS--micromanagement skills
some shooters do teach you the use of guns which do translate well to IRL practice shooting, but most of them are power fantasy nonsense
still, its fun to shoot niggers in various vidyas u/#gun u/#tyrone
My point is that most gamers are addicted, people should play less. and live more.

Balance is the key. better teach both by MMA and vidya.
