Not necessary. Context doesn't matter to me - a shitskin gets his head stomped, it's good.

So we see the two subhumans fighting the police hard, and after a while the one in blue grabs the cop, pulls him back and falls on his own back, and looks quite injured from that.
Then some fucking muslim female got into it and tried to help the 2 subhumans. A total nuisance to the situation, obstructing the police to protect the subhumans who were previously violent and failed.
The cop kicked him in the face, not knowing if he was still willing to fight. We don't hear sounds, so I presume he started to shout incessantly, further introducing chaos into the situation.
So apparently the cop didn't just kick a shitskin's head just out of fun, which were fine by me, but it fought the arrest attempt AFTER having been violent before, meaning it's well justified.
