We do address diseases, and we always have been. Terrain theory is perfect, but it's far better than germ theory that's been thoroughly debunked. Saying "rabies is caused by a virus because some jew said so and this poison stops that poison" is like saying "millions of jews died in holocaust because some jew said so and we have no way to prove they didn't." You don't understand Hitchen's Razor; germ theory and viruses made a claim but never provided the proof.
