what the hell are 30,000 satellites gonna do when i shove this knife into someone's throat? watch it in full HD?

everything boils down to human willingness to do things. the equivalent of 30,000 satellites was thrown into Africa for free so they could prosper or somesuch and they let it all rot. similarly, 30,000 satellites can't just come down and cage us all - there's gonna be humans that have to do it, and if they don't want to do it, no amount of techno-kabbalah bullshit can change that.
