Agreed. The terrifying part is out of the three or four officers in the video, not a one of them stood up to the others, and just said hey guys, a permit for a private company to use a public space/street doesn’t override the entire constitution, and first amendment. Imagine if they found out someone was conceal carrying in their “permitted” area. I guess they’d shoot someone if they refused to leave while exercising their 2A considering how they treated a person exercising their 1A.
She was a pussy though, invoking her children for the reason she didn’t let them take her. She should have made them arrest her, and she’d even though only white taxpayers suffer.
Do you think a judge would allow her to sue? Would the officers get terminated? Would she be compensated for her lost time being arrested, for the humiliation of a cavity search of her anus? Like I said, there is no recourse. No consequence. Letting them arrest her for what? To be more of a martyr?
They will just arrest her, process her, make her post an expensive bail, and then maybe the case gets dismissed after she spends thousands of dollars with her attorney billing her hundreds for every fucking phone call and email.

When I say let, what I meant was make it difficult on them. Resist without hitting back be squirmy as fuck, and make them attack/assault you on camera. It’s not only about suing, but more importantly about showing your very large reach, and audience along with many others what they’re willing to do to you if you don’t comply with their edicts and demands. They don’t just go against the constitution either, but also human rights in general. Having a tiny articulate white woman who knows the laws, and her rights manhandled, roughed up, and/or beat, and tased on camera is a hell of an optic to be able to wield. She was very reasonable, knowledgeable, and articulate throughout the whole video IMHO. The settlement would have been worth it IMHO, and yes, judging by the sherries response at the end of the video, she would have gotten a decent settlement.
We've seen it too many times before. The courts side with the officers almost every time. Especially when White people are involved. If they could sow discord among the nigger population, then maybe the court would side against the police.
I do disagree. It's hypothetical, though. I believe she made the right decision and didn't have anything to gain. Arresting her is what they wanted to do and if she gave them any reason to they would have justified it, even if they're technically on the wrong side of the law. ZOGbots don't care about our rights and they do not protect nor serve us. They serve and protect the corrupt government politicians and bureaucrats.
I understand. Everything in life, more so than ever before especially if you’re white, is a huge gamble, but I think this was worth it given all the circumstances.
Let’s be realistic though, we both know what should have happened as soon as they laid hands on her, and it’d be easy to accomplish with just a couple of other “full senders” nearby while they were wrestling with her to get her under control, and detained. These filthy fat fucking worthless retarded zoggers have absolutely no real skill or power to stop anything if, and when push comes to shove.
Like you said, the real problem is what happens after if you allow them to take you into custody, and don’t get a sympathetic jury after they demonize, and charge you. It’s almost impossible for a white man to get a jury of his peers today. Shit, it may be impossible now. I will say though I’ve been pleasantly surprised a couple of times over the last 10 years with the Zimmerman(white according to media and normies) verdict, and the rittenhouse(also “white”) verdict. I hies try even think the McMichaels and their dumb ass friend would have gotten off too had they not filmed themselves. Fucking idiots.
