I heard a CPS worker talk about how her State has "DIE" quotas that give preference to dykes, faggots and niggers.

Yes, a proper state would forbid all of those groups from adopting children.

A state that endorses and even encourages it is one that needs dismantled. Really lends credence to those ME countries calling the US "The Great Satan."
