A genetic fact that also happens to hold true when talking about humans and, say, bananas.
There's no controversy in keeping chimpanzees in zoos, because they're obviously not people, and very different from us. Yet, they say, if you look at our DNA, a human and a chimpanzee are 99% the same.
If only 1% difference in DNA could result in such a large gap between our two species, it really makes you wonder would differences might lay in that "negligible" DNA difference between European and African "humans"....
