Gove is a prime example of why we need to bring back bullying in school. Look at his smug little twat face. Got "needs a smack" written all over it.

Someone deprived the world of this kids bully and now it's everyone elses problem. One or two years of intensive adolescent torture would have nipped this in the bud.

Agreed! And hard work. That's the face of a man who has never actually done any real work. A spell of work, physically exerting himself day after day, would help him.
