Thank you everyone for your prayers! My wife is okay after surgery. For those who are wondering, it was an ectopic pregnancy. We unfortunately lost the baby because it implanted in an unviable location, but we are just glad that she is alive.

Well... shit, i dunno if i'd be happy or sad, but i'm glad your wife survived

just so we get the full picture, what do you mean by "because it implanted in an unviable location"?

Thank you. The egg implanted in the fallopian tube, where it cannot possibly grow. There have been cases of the baby surviving if the egg attaches to the liver or exterior of the uterus. But a fallopian tube ectopic pregnancy will kill the mother if left untreated.
