That's a great observation.

Why is it always the same types of...people...that do this, not speaking of race in particular although there seems to be a distinct pattern here.

They certainly are neither socially educated or cultured, certainly have zero manners, and have no understanding that their thoughtless behavior has a negative impact on all others around them.

And they cannot fathom the reason why everyone hates them no matter where they are on this planet.

I don't think it's exclusive to race, but it is an obvious sign of low IQ regardless. The people who do this are low IQ savages with no self-awareness or consideration for others. They don't have the "processing power" to think about anything beyond the one thing they're doing at any given time. As someone said, "Never would I have imagined that people who have contributed so little to the world would have so much to talk about."
