That's just because of the censorship filters built in. The first AI chatbot released had no filters and Tay quickly became based. Then they pulled the plug and spent a few years making the bots retarded enough to not notice so much.

There are lots of unfiltered models out there now. Most require a pretty beefy PC to run, but they won't spew propaganda at you.
