I was trying to find this information. The complaint lists the founder personally and 99 "John Does". It would have reasonably made sense to organize as an LLC, so the founder and the others wouldn't be personally liable.

HOWEVER ... I think we all know that Patriot Front is actually Federal Front. Now that they've served their purpose, this lawsuit is the perfect excuse to wrap up this PsyOp in a discreet way. *"Hey, whatever happened to Patriot Front? Oh, they got sued and disbanded."* It's all too convenient.
