He's a certified transhumanist so he wouldn't touch a woman with reproductive intentions. Also, he's a jew so he's half gay and had cuck. Taking that into account I imagine how much she paid to have the "privilege" of becoming a groupie.

Don't take offense, but you need to study more history. Specially related to empire building. On her part she profits from his access to higher value network. On his part he gets a few mutts that he can use to manipulate pooland in a future post-contemporary hellscape.
