There were only about 4 million people in 1790 and less than half of them were even legally eligible to vote
Now you have 350 million plus people, meaning your vote is DILUTED. WATERED DOWN. There should be over 100,000 Representatives in Congress if we were to keep it proportional representation to 1790.
So his main point is that the Constitution and Representation does not SCALE from less than 2 million people voting to over 350 million voting. Your "voice" is now drowned out by millions of other people.
